The candidates who have passed the Qualifying Graduate Examination with Statistics, candidates who have passed the B.A./B.Sc. Part III Examination with Mathematics as a subject, with Statistics as a subject up to at least B.A./B.Sc. (Part II) Examination, or have passed the B.A./B.Sc. (Honours) Examination with mathematics as the main subject and Statistics as a subsidiary subject may also be considered for admission on the basis of merit.
