- B.Sc. (Hons.) Physics from University of Delhi. 50% marks or above in aggregate or equivalent grade.
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Physics from other Universities 50% marks or above in aggregate or equivalent grade.
- B.Sc. (Genl.) Physics, Maths, Electronics from University of Delhi 60% marks or above in aggregate or equivalent grade.
- B.Sc. (Genl.) Physics, Maths, Electronics from Universities 60% marks or above in aggregate or equivalent grade.
- B.Sc (Hons.) with atleast 4 courses/ 4 Generic Elective Courses 24 credits or more as per CBCS guidelines of Electronics of University of Delhi.
