This is a five year integrated postgraduate programme in M.Sc. (Master of Science) Physics with exit option B.Sc. Physics OR B.Sc. Physics (Hon). The degree for this programme would be provided by Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore.

Integrated M.Sc. Physics (5 Year) with exit option B.Sc. Physics (3 Year) or B.Sc. Physics (Hon) (4 Year)    


Eligibility Criteria

  • A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (Biology / Computer Science) as subjects with a minimum of 60% overall aggregate.
  • Age Limit : Date of Birth falls on or after 01.07.2005
