48 MonthsBachelor of Engineering (BE) in Marine Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Academy of Maritime Education and Training, Kanathur.
Eligibility Criteria
Pass in 12th Standard examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as separate subjects with a PCM average of not less than 60%. (b) The candidate must have secured minimum 50% marks in English language in 10th or 12th standard exam (As per DGS Norms).
Relaxation of 5% in English marks will be applicable to candidates who are native of the Lakshadweep and Andaman & Nicobar Islands and belong to their Scheduled Tribes and who & both of whose parents were born in those islands & belong to the Scheduled Tribes of those islands. For SC/ST candidates: There will be a 5% relaxation in eligibility marks of PCM; however, it will not apply to English Marks.
