Abdul Razaq Memorial Degree College, Shahpur, Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh was established in the year 2015. Being an affiliated college, it has a total enrolment of 506 in two programmes. Through the Arts and Science streams, it offers education at Shahpur Dasar, P.O. Pakwara, Sambhal.
