Abhinav Education Society's College of Education was established in the year 2004 with a dream to illuminate an enlightened future through education. Situated in Ambegaon Budruk, Pune, this college has affiliated itself over a small campus of 1.5 acres. The institution is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), hence maintaining the quality of education. The total enrolment in the college is 196 students and faculty strength stands at 16 with 3 full-time degree programmes in education. The institution boasts multiple specialisations which establish its excellence, with courses such as B.Ed, M.Ed, and D.El.Ed. 

Abhinav Education Society's College of Education has several impressive facilities for enhancing the learning experience of its students. A well-stocked library serves as a knowledge hub and provides enough educational resources for students. Modern laboratories provide hand experience facilities, and seminars and other programmes are conducted in the auditorium. The cafeteria serves as a refueling center for students, and a gym keeps them fit. The college gives due importance to the health and well-being of the students by having a health center offering first-aid facilities. Abhinav Education Society's College of Education gives a total of 3 full-time courses at all India levels. It has two M.Ed postgraduate programmes and 1 undergraduate programme and a diploma course called D.El.Ed. Total approved intake for all courses comes up to 150 students with 100 for B.Ed, and the remaining 50 is allocated for M.Ed. Such a diverse range of programmes facilitates aspiring teachers at different levels of career to train in an all-round manner.

All admission to Abhinav Education Society's College of Education shall be strictly based on merit, both at the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Admission policies/requirements by the state government, UT administration and affiliated university are followed in the College. B.Ed and D.El.Ed Courses: The admissions are made strictly on the basis of marks secured by the applicant in the qualifying examination and/or entrance test as existing government policies decide. The principle is almost similar with the M.Ed programme, based squarely on the performance shown in the qualifying examination or entrance test.
