Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Science Sidhra is a institute founded in 1994 and is popularly known as medical college situated in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir. This affiliated college approved by NMC currently has a broad of medical programmes on its 30-acre land space. The college carries a total enrolment of 552 students and has an adequate faculty strength, 112 members. The institution has enrolled 16 courses under its three degree programmes and these courses deal with different and specialised areas of medicine to guarantee thorough medical training to students.
Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Science has many facilities that help it in its aim of improving the learning experience and the students’ health. The largest programme of its type in the country today, the MBBS programme has 100 seats for prospective doctors. The college also provides several post graduate courses like MD & MS in Paediatrics, Radiodiagnosis, pathology, General Medicine, General Surgery, Anaesthesia, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Physiology, Psychiatry, Anatomy, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, ENT etc. Each of these programmes takes three years except for the MBBS course which is a six-year course.

For the MBBS programme, the admission process being through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Under Graduate), NEET UG. By ASCCMS if you mean ASCOMS which is a medical college offering MBBS and other programs related to biology department then yes, even though you are not coming from jammu and kashmir domicile you can take admission in ASCOMS through management quota.
For management quota students the fee is of approximately 4.95 lakhs per annum for the the undergraduate courses. Also you can check the fee structures of all the courses from its official website from where you have to download one pdf.
