Aditya College of Architecture Mumbai was established in 2013 and is one of Maharashtra's premier institutions for architectural education. It is primarily a boys' and girls' independent college situated in Borivali West. The college is approved by the Council of Architecture, working as an affiliated body to give students a proper footing in the studies of architecture. As part of an overall compact campus, Aditya College of Architecture operates with an all-inclusive total student enrolment of 340, hosted by the in-house faculty, which numbers 27 dedicated professionals. These four different degree programs serve different facets of architectural and design education. 

Aditya College of Architecture, Mumbai is affiliated with the college  University of Mumbai, Mumbai. The college has modern facilities designed to enhance the learning of its students. In it lies a well-equipped library with over 2,100 books on various aspects of architecture and 22 national and international journals and magazines. The digital resources include e-books and e-journals that have online databases on EBSCO. The campus is fully networked with both wired and wireless networks, thus ensuring seamless access to the internet all over the place. A first-aid facility is also there for health emergencies. 

The college also houses an auditorium, having a capacity of 600, where any event or lecture can be carried out. Students can utilise their time in the cafeteria by taking nutritious and hygienic food at subsidised rates. Sports facilities are available for the development of the physical health of the students. 

The admission process of Aditya College of Architecture is structured in such a way that it selects the most appropriate candidates looking forward to entering the world of architecture and design. The national-level entrance examinations acceptable when admitting to the college's B.Arch program include the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main). It tests the aptitude of the candidate and skills involved in the profession of architecture.
