On the 25th of September 2023, Al-Ameen College of Pharmacy in Bangalore, in collaboration with the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Karnataka State Branch, celebrated the "World Pharmacist Day" under the theme of "Pharmacists strengthening Health Systems."
The final year students of B.Pharma at Al-Ameen College of Pharmacy, Bangalore recently undertook an industrial visit to Group Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Bangalore.
Al-Ameen College of Pharmacy, Bangalore was founded in 1983 under the aegis of the Al-Ameen Educational Society. The college was founded with a vision to provide the best possible pharmaceutical education. AACP Bangalore is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. Al-Ameen College of Pharmacy is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The college provides 6 degree courses to the students- D. Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm. D, Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate), and a Ph.D. The College has built up a strong infrastructure that enables students to gain a contemporary education. AACP facilities include department-based laboratories, a medicinal plant garden, a library, separate hostels for boys and girls, an auditorium, and other facilities. According to the NIRF 2023 report, AACP Bangalore students received a median salary of Rs 4,20,000.
