Direct Admission Process: Student securing 80%+ agg. in Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2019/2020) are exempted from selection process. Selection will be only on the basis of Amity Application Form. The Cost of the Admission Form is Rs. 1,100 /-

Due to an unprecedented situation arising out of COVID-19, Amity University admission process is being conducted in a completely online procedure. The new selection process is mentioned below:

All courses except law:

• Record the response of the interview questions asked in the form of a video
• Upload the video on the admission microsite after logging in
• Law courses:
  • The final selection is done on the basis of online interview conducted by the University

Amity JEE (Amity Joint Entrance Examination) was an entrance exam conducted by Amity University  for admissions to BTech programmes offered by Amity University.  but stays cancelled this year

AMity written test, JEE for enginering if not through exam then through direct admissions

The final selection is done on the basis of an English Written Test, which is conducted by the University. Candidates with a meritorious academic record (80 per cent and above aggregate in Class 12) are eligible for direct admission, i.e., they do not need to clear any entrance test. However, for 2020, the admission process for all UG courses will only be conducted online.

Amity does hav a very wide range of courses online for their students as in you can apply for online courses.

the + point is Amity is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) that means all the online courses they offer are recognized by UGC.

Thus I can say Amity is a full fledged university and not a deemed university so yes you can go for an online degree in any program.
