The boys hostels at the campus have spacious and ventilated rooms. The hostels have amenities like solar water heater, night cafeteria etc.

The institute has separate hostels for girls students. The rooms of the girls hostels are clean and neat. Night cafeteria, dining halls, solar water heater etc. are some of the facilities available at girls hostels.

Amrita Dispensary is open 24*7 for students and faculty members. The dispensary has three doctors and eight nurses. Adequate number of beds are available for patients and facilities like ECG machine, nebuliser, oxygen cylinders are there at the dispensary. For emergencies, the college also has two ambulances.

The college central library is spread over an area of 81,000 square feet. There are over 58,000 books, 377 Periodicals, 3000+ online e-resources like e-journals, e-books etc. are available at the library.

Both indoor and outdoor games facilities are available at the campus. The institute has cricket field, football field, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court etc. Indoor sports like carrom board, chess, table tennis, powerlifting etc. are available at college premises. The college participates in various intercollege sports tournaments every year.

The canteen of ASE Coimbatore is open on all seven days. It offers hygiene food at reasonable cost.

Various extracurricular and academic activities are held in the auditorium located on the campus.
