Amrita School of Dentistry, Kochi is an affiliated college of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore and was established in 2003. The college provides diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate courses to the students. Amrita School of Dentistry Kochi BDS course is the UG programme offered by the college whereas PG programmes are available for MDS degree. Selection in the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes is based on the NEET-UG and NEET-MDS examinations rank, respectively. The college offers a diploma course in Dental Mechanics, an undergraduate course in BDS degree and postgraduate courses in MDS degree. Amrita School of Dentistry BDS course is offered with a duration of four academic years plus a compulsory year of internship. MDS degree is offered in a total of ten specialisations including Public Health Dentistry and Periodontology. The duration of the diploma course in Dental Mechanics is 2 years.

Amrita School of Dentistry Admissions

Selection in the undergraduate BDS programme is based on the NEET-UG score and All India Rank of the candidate. The candidate is required to fill Amrita School of Dentistry Kochi as their college of preference in the online counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee.
