B.Ed at Amrutha College of Education, Mangaluru Offline Course

Any candidate who has passed the Degree Examination of the Mangalore University or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto by Mangalore University with not less than 50% marks in all the subjects of all the three years examinations . (45% in case of SC/ST and Catgory 1 students) is eligible for admission to B.Ed Degree Course.

The candidate has studied anyone of the languages and two out of the three electives among the subjects specified below:
Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu
Electives: Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Microbiology, Zoology, Mathematics, History, Political Science, Sociology, Geography, Economics, English, Kannada, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu.

Candidates who have obtained Degree from Universities outside the state of Karnataka shall have studied any one of the Languages and at least two elective subjects listed above. He/She should have studied one of those electives by appearing in the University Examinations for at least two years and the principal subject for all the three years.

Duration of the Programme: The duration of the B.Ed., programme extends over a period of one year as a regular course of the study not less than 210 working days.
