The library has a vast collection of more than 22,277 (as on 31st March 2016) books which include old, rare books and valuable reference books. It is enriched with an excellent collection in the fields of Pure Science, Biological Science, Social Science, Literature, etc. During the year under report (2014-15), the library accessioned 366 books that were purchased from the UGC budget. The Library remains open on all working days.
The college has two separate newly renovated canteens of staff and students. In addition, the students have one pantry facility. The subsidized canteen offers varieties of nutritious and delicious menu and safe drinking water. In a specially constructed building, the canteen provides a healthy scope for students to discuss various academic and other issues during their off periods.
The college has no big playground and at the time of Annual Sports, college hire playground every year. Though some infrastructure facilities are available for indoor games. The Boys’ Common Room is equipped with Table Tennis Board and Carrom Board.
Medical assistance is provided by the college. On the campus, the college has a health center and one of our faculty looks after the primary treatments. The health center runs every Friday between 6.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. College also organizes medical camps at regular intervals.
The college has a Gym facility for the students.
