The Anil Neerukonda Institute of Dental Sciences, Visakhapatnam, was established in the year 2013 in Sangivalasa, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This is an affiliated college, approved by the DCI; it has various dental programs offered on a sprawling campus of 5.01 acres. ANIDS has a total enrolment of 392 students with a strength of 107 faculty members for the most conducive environment of dental education. The institution offers 9 courses in 2 degree levels, and the major fields of dentistry that have been specialised are Orthodontics, Conservative Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Oral Surgery, etc.

Anil Neerukonda Institute of Dental Sciences has an exhaustive infrastructure facilitating its students' development in both academic and extra-curricular activities. For accommodation, the institute has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, obtaining excellent living conditions. A well-equipped health center with first-aid facilities is available to meet the medical requirements of the students. There is a total of 9 courses offered in this institute; here all the programmes are full time. They offer BDS, various MDS specialisations, and other courses. The BDS has an approved intake of 100 seats, while the MDS programmes are generally 2-3 each.

The admission at ANIDS will be based on merit and shall take a common methodology. For the BDS course, admission is made on the basis of rank obtained in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). Candidates aspiring for admission need to qualify in NEET-UG and subsequently take part in the counseling process. Similarly, for MDS programmes, admissions are made based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MDS, popularly known as NEET-MDS. The institute accepts these nationally recognised entrance exams, hence making its admissions process fair and competitive.
