You can write all exams after you complete UG or if you are in last year of required UG course. So if you are doing PG you can give exams. You can't give all exams at a time so, try to choose one and focus on it.

Hi Anvesh,

I believe that you’re talking about the program fees. Every college/institute has a different fee structure for different programs. The program fee has nothing to do with the entrance exam through which you take the admission. So, whether it’s CAT or GMAT, the program fee will remain same.

There is no admission with IELTS or TOEFL to get colleges in Canada.
