Anurag Pharmacy College Kodad came into existence in the year 2007 as an affiliated college, situated at Ananthagiri Suryapet District, V Telangana. PCI recognised, the institute is currently functioning from a 0.06865 acre campus and is imparting various pharmacy programmes. The college has overall enrolment of 437 students and 41 numbers of teaching faculties which makes it very effective learning institution. By the help of competency analysis and course curriculum, 

To its credit, the college has almost all the amenities which would enable students in their academic and other developmental needs. Library is one of the integral part of the institution and with RFID technology and air conditioning facilities accompanied with an extensive number of books and reference that is available in the pharmacy. In terms of practical operations the college provides numerous attractive laboratory like Pharmaceutics lab, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry lab and many more. The campus has a boys’ hostel and a girls’ hostel in order to provide suitable accommodation for students. A cafeteria provides healthy food and beverages and eating options, sports amenities and a gym means proper health and nutrition. The college also has an information technology facility for the support of techniques of the teaching learning process which includes an auditorium for events and seminars.

Currently, Anurag Pharmacy College consists of 4 courses, and all of these courses are full time. The academic programmes of the college are one undergraduate programme, B.Pharma, two postgraduate programmes M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics and M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Analysis and a professional doctorate level professional Pharm.D. There are many new courses that have been introduced and the total intake approved overall for all courses is one hundred and sixty.

Admissions at Anurag Pharmacy College is done as per the rules and regulation provided by the Telangana State Government. Out of 100 students in B.Pharma, 70% of the students are admitted through state government through TS EAMCET ranks whereas 30% of seats are under management quota. For M.Pharma, admissions are offered to only GPAT and TS PGECET qualified candidates with equal weightage for both Government and Management quotas comprises 70% and 30% respectively. Pharm.D admissions are offered through G Patterson Admission Test convener and PGET but the full name of the test is Post Graduate Entrance Test. The college sits for the central counselling organised by the state usually in July-August for the year that starts in September.
