Aqsa Women's Degree College Bhiwandi was established in 2006. NAAC has accredited this college that offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in a large number of disciplines. The compact campus stands on 0.0431 acres with a total enrolment of 371 undergraduates strictly from the female category. 

Aqsa Women's Degree College provides a conducive learning environment to its students. The library is an important place of learning resources and holds 750 book titles, 18 periodicals, 30 e-books, and newspapers in each departmental section. Chemistry and B.Sc. Zoology, of course, offers full-time courses in the streams of Arts, Commerce, and Science. The postgraduate programmes consist of a variety of MA specialisations in Gujarati, Marathi, Sociology, Hindi, as well as Postgraduate Diploma courses. The college offers a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) course with an approved intake of 42 seats.
