Ashwini Ayurvedic Medical College and Research Centre, the affiliated college in Tumkur Karnataka, started in the year 2004. This men and women’s joint institute is affiliated with the CCIM and has numerous ayurvedic courses for all levels across its large area of ten acres. The biggest study programme is the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), for which the university approved an intake of one hundred students. Besides, the college offers 7 postgraduate courses, for which 5 students are admitted to each programme. These are MD in Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Dravyaguna, Shareera Kriya, and Swasthavritta, and MS in Shalakya Tantra and Shalya Tantra.
