Assam Institute of Management, Guwahati which is widely recognized as AIM Guwahati was established in 1988 is an independent institute of Government of Assam. AIM Guwahati courses consist of a postgraduate-level MBA degree programme with a duration of 2 years AIM Guwahati admissions to the said MBA degree programme is done based on candidates' scores in CAT/CMAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA entrance examination followed by a group discussion and a counselling session at the college campus.
