Atmaram Mahavidyalaya, Budaun was started in 2010 in Uttar Pradesh, India. Affiliated to the Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. Being a co-educational institution, the college occupies a limited area of 2 acres and has 966 students enrolled with it which is served by an extensive array of programmes. The college, approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), provides three programmes: BA, B.Ed., and D.El.Ed. are college scholarships, while the Diploma in Elementary Education is a district scholarship. They said that Atmaram Mahavidyalaya has 17 dedicated faculties to teach the students so that they will be able to give personal attention to each one of them. 

The college has many amenities to augment the learning process of students who attend the college. Located at the centre of these facilities is the library, which contains 3,765 textbooks as well as other academic materials. The institution also has departmental-based laboratories, which are quite essential to practical-orientated education. If one is interested in physical activities, then the college has sports and even a gym on the premises. An auditorium is available for use in other occasions and meetings on campus, hence promoting academic culture. This position on modern education is clearly exhibited by the good information technology infrastructure of the college to ensure students master recent technology. Other features include a canteen, car park, and health facility with a clinic where first aid is offered to learners in the course of their learning activities. The college is affiliated to Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.

The total number of full-time courses offered at Atmaram Mahavidyalaya is three in several fields. The Bachelor of Arts (BA) programme with a a variety of subjects implemented is a primary structure of the college’s liberal arts education. The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.), another two-year course, takes 50 students per year and aims at producing teachers of primary school. 

Many programmes in Atmaram Mahavidyalaya have different criteria for admission. The admissions done for the D.El.Ed. programme is on a territorial basis; marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination follow the rules of the state government.
