ATSVS Siddha Medical College and Hospital was established in the year 2001 is one of the oldest institutions situated in Munchirai, Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college which is approved by the Central Council for Indian Medicine (CCIM) focuses on education in Siddha medicine only. The college is a co-educational institution located on a large piece of land of 9.3 acres of land. Thus, with an annual student strength of 244 and a faculty strength of 27, ATSVS Siddha Medical College makes sure that its students get individualised attention on all branches of traditional Indian system of medicine.

ATSVS Siddha Medical College and Hospital has available a range of well equipped modern facilities for the achievement of its educational objectives. There are good boys’ and girls’ hostels within the compound complete with large rooms, proper ventilation and self contained toilets. ATSVS Siddha Medical College and Hospital provides five and half year course of Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS). This course is of six years and students can study Siddha medicine in a full time basis after passing their standard X. The college admits students based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) to make sure the deserving candidates enrol for the programme.
