Aurobindo Institute of Engineering and Technology (AIET), located in Hyderabad, is an affiliated college offering students a number of courses in engineering discipline. Located in Sheriguda in Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, the institute has carved a space among the growing educational centers in Telangana region. AIET offers 13 programmes at 3 levels that are B.Tech/ B. Tech (Hons.), M. Tech and diploma courses. AIET provides 13 courses for students, based on interests and the future profession. It offers eight full time B.Tech programmes, five M.Tech specialisations and three diploma courses. Out of the B.Tech programmes, Computer Science and Engineering as well as Electronics and Communication Engineering are preferred by the students as both these courses have 120 seats available. Other B.Tech courses include Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering for each course has an intake capacity of 60 students. The M.Tech programmes that include Embedded Systems, Electric Power Systems, and Computer Science and Engineering  among others, admit students for 24 seats per specialisation. The diploma programmes include Civil, Electrical and Electronics, as well as Mechanical Engineering. The Civil Engineering programme having the largest batch size of 120 students.
