Azad College of Education, Satara Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The hostel accommodation is made available to the students from long distance. The hostel building has 7 rooms with an 80 square meter area. About 30 students are accommodated in the boys' hostel every year. It has adequate sanitary facilities. The college has provided an adequate playground on its campus.

The college has a newly constructed women's hostel having 22 rooms. Its capacity is 60. The hostel is provided with hot water, fans, cots, and an inverter facility. As the hostel is on the campus, it saves the time and money of the students.

The college has a separate library building of 140 sq. meters with the provision of a separate students' study room. It is enriched with rare reference books and encyclopedias, research handbooks, T. Hussain's ten volumes, and volumes of a survey of research. It is one of the enriched libraries in the jurisdiction of Shivaji University, Kolhapur. At present, the library is enriched with 24091 books, 35 periodicals, and educational journals. The library is also connected with the internet facility. The library has also a book bank section that provides textbooks to the students at only 1/3 price. The library provides facilities for outdoor readers.

The college has a separate computer cell having 12 computers with internet connectivity. We also have an LCD Projector and CDs of various school subjects.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
