BHSBIET, started in 2005, in Lehragaga, Punjab, is named Baba Hira Singh Bhattal Institute of Engineering and Technology. This affiliated college provides engineering programs with the facilities and accommodation to cover over 19.4 acres of campus size. With a seating capacity of 180 enrolled students and 23 faculties BHSBIET offers a selective learning atmosphere.

The B.Tech programs take four years to complete while the Diploma offered here take three years to complete. These courses are in the major areas of engineering including computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering mechanical engineering, and information technology.
