AM Signedly, Babe Ke College of Education, Mudki, Ferozepur, Punjab has come into existent since the year 2006 but the institute is countable amongst one of the best teacher training colleges. This co-education college is self-financed and NAAC accredited and recognised by NCTE of Government of India. Located in a 5 acre territory, the college provides three distinct education programs whereby an accrual of 249 students is allowed per academic year. Implemented with 28 committed members of the faculty, the institute maintains a good student to faculty ratio. It is affiliated to the University of Calcutta and has been continually striving for quality education in B.Ed, M.Ed, D.El.Ed, from the very first year of its establishment.

The college provides all inclusive facilities that could complement the learning exercise in the college for students. The college has a well-stocked and well-equipped library which is the store house of knowledge which possesses 15000 + books, 75 encyclopaedias 45 national and international journals. The automated library also has computer systems with WLAN/WEB connectivity to the e-journals and e-books. For the need of practical skills, the institute has functional accredited specialised laboratory such as Language Learning Lab, Mathematics Resource Centre, Science Resource Centre and Psychological Resource Centre. These are well stocked labs, offering students an environment where they can work on contemporary models and tools. It also has a college auditorium for events and seminars, had a court for soccer and basket ball, and a college canteen for meals. 

Moreover Babe Ke College of Education offers three regular courses in this field of education. B.ED, M.ED and D.EL.ED. All these programs are mark as two-year programmes in order to equip the future educators with adequate qualification. 

The admission processes at Babe Ke College of Education differ for each program, mainly because of differences in the educational levels. As for the B.Ed program, admission is given to the candidate based on their relative ranking in the graduation. While the M.Ed programme is merit based, the counselings is carried out by the Federation of Self-financed Colleges of Education, Punjab. In line with the norms laid down by the State Government, the UT or SCERT, aspiring D. El. Ed students are admitted subject to their qualifying in the qualifying examination or the entrance test thereof.
