The candidate who has passed the 45% Marks in Graduation (B.A./B.Sc./B.C.A./B.Com./B.Tech.) or Post Graduation(M.A.,/M.C.A.,/M.Sc./M.Com./M.Tech.) for SC/ST/OBC Category
