      Strength of the B.Ed Special Education Learning Disability special programme is 30 seats. The admissions follow rules framed by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), Punjab University, and the Punjab Government. The candidates are admitted based on normalisation of marks of the qualifying degree.
