Bhagwan Mahaveer College of Engineering and Management was started in the year 2009 at Sonipat. Geographically, it is an affiliated college located in the state of Haryana, India. The institute, spread over 22 acres of land, offers engineering education to students with a focus on technical excellence. Presently, 51 faculty members are available who are making honest efforts for the development of the next generation of engineers.

This college has many facilities to support the students in learning and for all-round development. It has a library, which is considered the backbone of an institution and is having more than 10,000 volumes related to various engineering subjects, applied sciences, and humanities. It forms the central point of all the academic and research activities and is regularly updated with new publications and journals. BMCEM has separate hostels for boys and girls, with all the basic facilities, common rooms, and proper security 24 hours a day. The campus is facilitated with a modern cafeteria providing nutritious meals and snacks at subsidized rates. The institute has sports facilities outdoors for cricket, football, volleyball, and a multi-gym for physical fitness and recreation of the students.

Bhagwan Mahaveer College of Engineering and Management offers two B.Tech programs: Computer Science and Engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Both programs are full-time, four-year courses, which are designed to provide strong base in the corresponding fields to the students. Great emphasis is given on practical learning, where all departments have well-equipped laboratories capable of supporting practical experience.

The admission process at Bhagwan Mahaveer College of Engineering and Management is primarily based on merit. For the B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering program, applicants are required to appear for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. The college considers the JEE Main score as a main factor in the admission process. Additionally, some seats may be filled based on the Common Entrance Test (CET) rank.
