Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Technology Polytechnic, Navi Mumbai, is a well renowned technical college started in year 1983 and is located in the centre of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This affiliated college, having approval of all India Council for Technical Education, provides number of diploma courses in different departments of the engineering. Located in a 5.16 acre expanse, the institute admitted a total of 1,066 student while being aided by a qualified faculty of fifty four. Due to the institute’s dedication to technical education, it has six diploma courses within a range of technical areas with the aim of preparing students for various opportunities that exist in engineering. 

Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Technology boasts of modern facilities to expand students’ understanding of the material they study. Central to these facilities is a large computerised library with a seating capacity of 250 networked library cum information centre, which has adequate stock of books, journals and magazines. The library which has been developed initially for Rs. 25,00,000 still expand with an annual budget of Rs. 8,00,000 each year for fresh acquisitions. Students also receive internet facilities available in the library.  The institute also offers accommodation to those who need it on the premise and to those, who are in dire need of hostels, the institute offers both boys and girls hostels on site which has spacious rooms complete with vital amenities and also has a mess on site as well. Education this institute has given importance to the over all development by provided standard sports facilities for different games such as cricket, football, kho-kho and volleyball, kabaddi etc. Besides, it has a gym, an auditorium for events and seminars, a health centre inclusive of first aid station and a canteen to supply food to students as well as employees. 

Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Technology Polytechnic has six full-time diploma courses all taken for three years each. These courses cuts across all engineering specialties to meet the diverse needs and goals of the students. A total approved capacity to admit students is 480 across all the programmes thus making the institute capable of producing a large number of aspiring engineers every year.
