Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Education (BA B.Ed) is a four-year full-time integrated course offered by the University of Jammu, Jammu.

Eligibility Criteria

i. Admission to 4-year integrated B.A. B.Ed. shall be open to such candidates who have passed with 50% aggregate marks in case of General Category and 45% marks in case of reserved categories of SC/ST and Others in the stream of Arts in the senior secondary/ 10+2 or its equivalent, conducted by the CBSE/ Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education or any other School Board recognized as equivalent thereto.

ii. The reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS and other categories shall be as per the rules of the UT administration/University of Jammu.

Admission Details

(a) Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/Univesity/U.T. Administration.

(b) At the time of admission to the program, the student will need to indicate their selection of the subjects to be pursued for the discipline options and the accompanying pedagogic specializations for which they are applying, and these may be assigned on the basis of the order of merit and availability.
