Bhau Rao Devras Rajkiya PG College, Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh, was established in 1973, and it is an affiliated college. Located on a vast territory of 14.72 acres, this college was founded nearly 5 decades ago and has been training the young generation. The college is today proud to have a total of 1,826 students and employs 19 hard-working faculty members. Being an institution committed to providing quality education and multiple choices in fields of arts and science, Bhau Rao Devras Rajkiya PG College offers six courses in three degrees at the undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels. 

It is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi. The college offers postgraduate courses primarily in Arts and Science streams, including programmes like M.A. in various disciplines. The Bhau Rao Devras Rajkiya PG College currently has 6 full-time programme courses, which include the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The undergraduate programmes include Bachelor of Arts (BA), and two programmes in the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), including Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry and another programme on Botany, Life Science & Chemistry. At the present level of post-graduation, the college is offering Master's in Arts in Hindi, Sociology and Political Science.
