MHMCT (Master of Hotel Management and Catering Technology): Candidates need to sit for the University Common Entrance Examination (SNET) or give a direct interview for the MHMCT course. The admission is on the basis of either of these assessment methods.
B.Sc. Culinary Arts: Admission to the B.Sc. Culinary Arts course is also on similar lines, with the candidates having to appear for the SNET or undergoing a direct interview. The course is aimed at specialised culinary knowledge and skills.
BTTM (Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management): Admission to the BTTM course is also done through the SNET or direct interview method. This course is for those who are interested in the tourism and travel sector.
Ph.D. in Hotel Management: Candidates need to undergo the University Common Entrance Examination or a direct interview for doctoral studies. The process can be more intense, given the higher level of the program.
Diploma Courses: Diploma courses in Food Production and Bakery and Food and Beverage Service are also provided by the institute. Admission to these courses is also through the SNET or direct interview method, enabling students to acquire specialised skills in particular fields of hospitality.
