BIT Noida placement cell will approach the companies and invite them to the placement drive. The companies which received the invitation and looking for recruits will accept the invitation and participate in the placement drive to recruit the graduates from BIT Noida.

In order to get selected the candidates should qualify for the tests and interviews conducted by the recruiter.

The placement record of BIT Noida for the MBA program is fairly good. Most students get placed in reputed companies across sectors like banking, insurance, IT, and consulting. Around 70–80% of students are usually placed every year. The highest salary package offered is around 8–10 LPA, while the average package ranges between 4–5 LPA, depending on the student’s performance and specialization. The placement process is well-organized and smooth. The placement cell is active and supportive, helping students with resume preparation, mock interviews, and group discussions. Several reputed companies such as ICICI, HDFC, Deloitte, and TCS visit the campus for recruitment. Overall, the college provides good exposure and assistance to ensure students are well-prepared for corporate opportunities.

Placement is moderate, as most of the students get placed here and are offered good packages in terms of fresher experience. And most of the students were placed in sales, while the rest remained unplaced.
