BMS College of Commerce and Management, Bengaluru was laid in the year 2018 and it is one of the youngest college in the field of commerce and management studies in Karnataka’s capital city. This is an affiliated college located at No- 97 Kavi Lakshmisha Road, V.V. Puram, which provides limited but selective undergraduate courses in commerce, management and computer applications. With a compact campus spanning 1 acre, the institute currently accommodates a total enrolment of 455 students, maintaining a student-faculty ratio of approximately 18:1 composed of 25 faculty members. The college provides three full-time degree programmes: Three distinct programmes, B.Com, BBA, and BCA, framed in such a way as to enable students meet the requirements on the industry.

BMS College of Commerce and Management, Bengaluru is affiliated with the college Bengaluru City University, Bengaluru. The BMS College of Commerce and Management has various amenities which cater for the company’s academic programmes and students amenities. This campus consist of a rich library, which contain good books and journals in the field of commerce, management computer application, and other related fields. They are pampered by the fast and efficient inter-library loan with other sister-education institutions in the BMS Educational trust and newspapers clipping services. The college’s IT amenities include a well equipped computer laboratory with internet facilities to enable students have access to technology. For classes, seminars, academic, cultural and other programmes, the college has a fully furnished modern seminar hall cum multipurpose auditorium on the 4th floor of the college building with audio, video, public address system etc.

Currently, BMS College of Commerce and Management has the following three courses offerings, all these courses are conventional full-time programmes. These are B.Com; Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA); and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) each takes a duration of three years.

To the academic information system admission process in BMS College of Commerce and Management, is merit based and holistic. Similarly, admission to all three programmes is through an entrance test to be written by applicants along with merit scores. This approach helps the college to admit students who have good pastoral grades as well as the ability in the specific field of endeavor that the student wishes to per use.
