Calcutta National Medical College and Hospital was established in June 1948. The college was established by the amalgamation of National Medical Institute and Calcutta Medical Institute. CNMC Kolkata is affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kolkata. College Infrastructure

Infrastructure and facilities are excellent but not all modern equipments are available. There are well maintained 5 lecture theatres with Air conditioning, Whiteboard as well as blackboard. There are 2 boys' hostel and 2 ladies' hostel. All of them are well maintained. Students have a lot of fun there. The food available at hostel and college canteen are hygienic but a little costly. WiFi is being installed in the hostels gradually for the students.

It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of cut-off for any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-

*** number of candidates appeared in NEET UG

*** difficulty level of the paper

*** top score for NEET UG

*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.

So if we go through previous years cut-offs (as for this year the counselling is yet to be conducted) then according to that, you should try to score at least 550+ marks out of 720 in NEET UG 2022 to get seat in Calcutta National Medical College, Kolkata for SC category under state quota counselling of West Bengal.
