Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology, Jaipur: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

The Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Jaipur, is an autonomous institute. The institute has been established by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, through an initiative with the Government of Rajasthan. CIPET, Jaipur, offers AICTE-approved B.Tech. and Diploma programmes in the domains of plastics. These CIPET courses are offered under two categories - the Institute of Petrochemicals Technology (IPT) and the Centre for Skilling and Technical Support (CSTS). CIPET-IPT functions under the affiliation of Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota. CIPET offers placement through the CIPET placement cell to its students.

Many multinational and national companies visit the CIPET every year to recruit highly trained candidates to meet their requirements. The institute takes pride in consistently achieving a placement record of more than 90%, which is inclusive of job placement, higher studies, and entrepreneurship.
