Central Research Institute (CRI) Kasauli was established on May 3, 1905. CRI Kasauli focuses on research work in the field of medical and public health, manufacturing of vaccines, and more. Central Research Institute Kasauli provides admission to a postgraduate diploma in vaccinology and immunobiologicals, and M.Sc. in microbiology. Candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria for the specific course. Admission to these courses is based on the performance of their last qualifying examination. For the M.Sc. programme, seat allocation is done on the basis of entrance tests conducted by Himachal Pradesh University. Some seats are reserved for in-service candidates.
