CMT B School was established in the year 2010, and it is an autonomous institution located at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. The campus is very small, near the International Cricket Stadium and Panorama Hills, spread over 2 acres. CMT B School is approved by AICTE, so no questions about its academic standards. In total, the institution at present has an enrolment of 14 students and 12 faculties, thus providing a very focused environment for learning. Specialising in management education, CMT B School offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Management programme with an intake capacity of 40 students annually.

The Centre for Management and Technology (CMT), Visakhapatnam, is affiliated with Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, for its BBA and MBA programmes. CMT B School has a very well-organised admission process to screen the most promising students for its PGDM programme. The candidate has to appear for one of the qualifying exams, such as MAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, ATMA, or CMT Admission Test, conducted by the institute. Herein, a group discussion and personal interview are also part of the selection process. It enables the institute to assess the all-round potential of candidates.
