The introduction of 1-Year LL.M. Degree Programme by the University Grant Commission (UGC) is intended to enable the existing legal education system to compete with the system prevailing in developed countries like USA and UK. LL.M. programme aims to equip students with skills to conduct research on legal issues from global perspective, enabling them to think, innovate and apply their knowledge to emerging global issues. The CPJ School of Law offers 1-Year LL.M. Post Graduate Law Programme as per UGC Guidelines & Affiliated to GGSIPU, Delhi. The vision of CPJ School of Law is to impart excellence in Legal Education and become a renowned centre for Higher Education and Academic Research.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have completed their LL.B degree from a recognized university with at least 55% score.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST Category must have secured at least 45% in aggregate in their qualifying degree examination.

Admission Details

The Candidate should also have a valid CLAT-PG score for admission.
