Clara's College of Commerce was established in the year 1999 and is situated in Andheri West, Mumbai. This affiliated college has a small campus spread over an area of 1 acre but offers commerce and related media. With a total strength of 990 students and 22 faculty members, the student to faculty ratio is focused. NAAC accredited Clara's College boasts of a quality-oriented education system. 

Clara's College of Commerce has modern facilities with the aim of bringing about overall improvement in the learning experience of the students. The library has the open access system and is well-equipped with comprehensive stock textbooks and reference and periodical stock, creating a culture of reading and research. The computer lab, having software and internet technology, is supervised by professional experts to assist teaching with software and internet facilities. For all-round development, the college has sporting facilities and a modern gym with expert guidance available. The auditorium on campus hosts many events, along with seminars, while refreshing facilities are also available through a canteen and health center with first aid facilities available. The college also has its department laboratories where practical learning is involved in different disciplines.

Clara's College of Commerce offers five courses consisting of four undergraduate programs and one postgraduate program. Undergraduate level: B.Com, BMS, Self-financed- Bachelor of Management Studies, BA in Multimedia and Mass Communication, and B.Com in Accounting and Finance. At post graduate level, M.Com has been available in Advanced Accountancy. Intake under the college is quite high with 434 seats under B.Com, 120 for BMS, and 60 for BA in Multimedia and Mass Communication and B.Com in Accounting and Finance. All these programmes are designed to prepare the students equipped with the knowledge and competencies required in today's competitive business and media environment.
