The College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar was established in the year 1999 and accredited by NAAC. The COEB is approved by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, Government of India and affiliated with the Biju Patnaik University of Technology. The university offers various courses in multiple fields at 2 levels of programmes.
The COEB offers courses include B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA. Before applying for a desired course the candidates should meet the COEB eligibility criteria. The candidates should appear for the relevant entrance examination which includes OJEE/JEE MAIN or equivalent examination.
The admissions at COEB are based on the scores obtained in the entrance examination and performance in past academics. The COEB Bhubaneswar has a separate placement cell on campus to handle all the placement activities. The COEB placement cell acts as a bridge between the students and companies.
