Danteswari College of Pharmacy, Jagdalpur was established in the year 2019. It is a new institution for pharmaceutical education. This is a co-educational college and an affiliated institution approved by AICTE and PCI. The campus is spread over 3.6 acres, providing an atmosphere congenial for learning and research. the institution has 56 students enrolled and a faculty strength of 27, hence offering a good student-to-teacher ratio for individual attention and quality teaching. Other facilities provided by the college towards its students' academic and personal development are varied.

Many departmental needs are catered by these well-equipped laboratories, providing hands-on experience that is very necessary in pharmacy education. The library occupies its place as one of the cornerstones of the institution and it is amply stocked with all standard texts and reference books on pharmacy, hosts an online facility to e-journals of both Elsevier and Springer, provides seating for 100 students without overcrowding, and offers ample space with a congenial atmosphere for study and research. The IT infrastructure at Danteswari College of Pharmacy has 25 computers provided with the latest configuration interlinked by a LAN and provided with internet connectivity of 32 Mbps to keep the students updated about technical developments in their field. 

Danteswari College of Pharmacy offers two courses: four-year Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) and two-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma). Both courses are full-time in nature, with B. Pharma offered 100 seats and D. Pharma has offered 60 seats.
