DBM College of Pharmacy, Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgar was established comparatively recently in the year 2019. It is an affiliated college focusing on the education of pharmacy and has been approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi, and the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The M Phillip’s College is located in Deoraha, Pithampur, where it has been able to offer a uniqueness by having only one course, the pharmacy course. Currently, DBM College of Pharmacy has a total student enrolment of 60 students and a faculty strength of 5, offering a personalised environment to the students who seek a career in pharmacy. 

DBM College of Pharmacy is pertinent to note that most of the facilities are essential to the college to undertake its educational mandate. Students have the advantage of using well-equipped department-based laboratories that afford practical experiences important for pharmacy training. DBM College of Pharmacy has a library, which is a resource centre within the context of the college; it provides students with different pharmaceutical literature and research resources. DBM College of Pharmacy currently offers one full-time course: the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma). This is a two-year programme with the capacity to admit 60 students as per the college capacity of the same. D.Pharma was specially planned for the students who need to approve their eligibility to practice pharmaceuticals in the health and medicinal sector. As it stands, this diploma programme is currently one of the areas of focus in the college; however, its affiliations and approvals by such bodies are enough indication that the college is dedicated to delivering quality education in the area of pharmacy.
