Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification for B.Ed. Admission:
Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) and /or Master’s Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanity/Commerce or Bachelor’s in Engineering/ Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission test to the B.Ed. programme.
The reservation in seats and relaxation in the qualifying marks for SC/ST/BC/EBC/WBC/Differently abled and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Government of Bihar.
For B.Ed. Admissions, there is a minimum age of 19 years of age for offering admission to this course. But no maximum age are assign.
Admission Details
- The B.Ed. Course admission shall be through a Combined/Common Entrance Test for B.Ed. (CET-B.Ed.) for all B.Ed. Colleges affiliated to State Universities of Bihar.
- The CET-B.Ed. will be conducted by a State University of Bihar selected by the Governor’s Secretariat each year for this purpose.
