This is D.I.E.T, the short form of Dharamveer Institute of Education and Technology, Bijnor, a private educational institute that came into existence in 2005. The D.I.E.T centre is situated at Noorpur, state of Uttar Pradesh, and is affiliated with Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. D.I.E.T is a teacher education institute where two courses are on offer: D.El.Ed and B.El.Ed. This institute is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and has a campus area of 2.133 acres. With a total of 544 students enrolment and faculty strength of 24, D.I.E.T makes sure a focused learning atmosphere to the aspiring educators.

Dharamveer Institute of Education and Technology boasts of providing a variety of facilities, effectively complimenting the student experience. Well-ventilated classrooms, a multipurpose hall, separate blocks for administration and academics comprise the institute campus. The academic resources at the college are positioned at the very heart of the establishment with a well-stocked library space that holds 1,500 books, 9 educational journals, and 11 encyclopedias, along with a reading room big enough to accommodate 50 students. Being highly specialised in hands-on learning, It possesses quite an advanced laboratory, which is quite in line with the requirements of laboratories for the D.El.Ed. The institute also focuses on technology in education through a computer lab with the latest configurations and broadband internet, all connected through the LAN network. 

The Dharamveer Institute of Education and Technology offers both the following full-time courses in the field of education. D.El.Ed is a two-year programme for 100-seated intake, whereas B.El.Ed is a four-year undergraduate course for 50 seats.

The policy of admission followed by Dharamveer Institute of Education and Technology is purely merit-based, classifying the score of the qualifying examination. For admissions to D.El.Ed., the score of a qualifying examination and an entrance examination or any other selection process according to the state government/UT administration or the admission policy adopted by the affiliating University in respect of B.El.Ed., shall form the basis for the admissions.
