The college takes pride in promoting the aesthetic and cultural sensibilities of its students. The Auditorium of the Institution acts as a cultural hub that showcases aesthetic and artistic values. Centrally located on the campus, the Auditorium boasts a state-of-the-art mixer, seating capacity of over 200, and theatre surround sound. Besides cultural programs, important college events like Annual College Days, intellectual seminars, and the inaugural and valedictory functions of various curricular and extracurricular activities find a venue here.

The College's two-storied Library of Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Puducherry, functions as the primary Information Resource Centre and Repository of printed and Electronic Resources to fulfill the teaching and research activities of the Institution. The Library has a rich collection of books and journals in the fields of Law, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, etc. This is one of the richest libraries in India, having more than 40,000 books.
The Periodical section includes the Supreme Court Cases, Supreme Court Reports, Supreme Court Almanac, Law Quarterly Review, All India Reporter, Criminal Law Journal, Harvard Law Review, Columbia Law Review, Corpus Juris Secundum, Reports of Company Cases, University of Pennsylvania Law Review, International Legal Materials, University of Toronto Law Journal, Moore’s Indian Appeal, Human Rights Law Journal, All India Services Law Journal, Indian Journal of International Law, Madras Law Journal, British Journal of Industrial Relations, British Year Book of International Law, Income Tax Reports, Indian Labour Journal, United States Supreme Court Reports, International and Comparative Law Quarterly, Indian Factories and Labour Reports, etc.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The initiative has been taken to upgrade and digitalize the library. It is not just a repository with search /browse facilities, but provides a host of services for the learner's community. This digital library is designed to enable students/researchers/teachers to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate them to perform interlinked exploration from multiple resources. At present, the whole library campus is wi-fi enabled and there are 20 computers with broadband internet connectivity.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college frequently conducts national-level moot court competitions every year on various themes to train law students about the practical aspects of court procedure. During the competition, law students/participants are divided into teams and they are required to argue on a specific problem before a panel of Judges in the same manner as done in a Court of Law, so that they can hone their advocacy skills and prosper well in the legal profession. The best performers are given cash awards in the presence of Dignitaries.

The college has a Technology-enabled education that is peeping deep into the classrooms, paving the way to smart education. The concept of smart classrooms has arrived at the forefront with the integration of advanced hardware and innovative software technology to enhance the way of teaching and to keep a check on students' learning. Moreover, smart or digital classrooms foster creativity, and an interactive environment would help in bringing in more innovative ideas, more queries, and more solutions.

The college has addition to academics, the college also pays attention to the health and fitness of the students to achieve and keep a healthy body and weight for reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, which helps improve the self-confidence of the students. The gymnasium is a proud addition to the services and facilities offered to the students and staff of the institution. The college has invested over three lakhs in equipment for the gym, which includes cross-trainers, multi-gyms, treadmills, etc.

The college has a boys’ hostel facility, which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. A fully furnished two-storied Boys’ Hostel situated on the campus can accommodate 80 boys. The hostel rooms are spacious, adequately ventilated, well-maintained, and furnished with necessary accessories.

The college has a girls' hostel facility, which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. A fully furnished three-storied Girls’ Hostel situated on the campus can accommodate 120 girls. The hostel rooms are spacious, adequately ventilated, well-maintained, and furnished with necessary accessories.
