Dr. Chandrama Singh Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, is a women's dedicated institution with the motto of'shaping young women since 2013'. This affiliated college is spread over 1.586 acres of land in a compact campus and has grown up as one of the premier educational institutions in this region. It offers a wide variety of six courses in four different programmes that are much diversified to cater to varied academic interests. The enrolment of students is 803 and faculty 32, hence maintaining a quite favourable student-teacher ratio that ensures personal attention and quality education. 

Dr. Chandrama Singh Mahila Mahavidyalaya has much variety in terms of facilities, further complementing the learning experience of the students. The library, having more than 6,000 books, stands at the centre of these facilities. Well-equipped laboratories for practical learning, state-of-the-art IT infrastructure keeping pace with technological growth, and an auditorium to host events and seminars have been provided in the college. The courses offered by Dr. Chandrama Singh Mahila Mahavidyalaya are numerous, full-time, and designed to meet students' diverse academic interests. The academic portfolio of the institute includes six programmes: B.Ed, D.El.Ed, BA, MA Sociology, MA Home Science, and MA Hindi. Whereas the B.Ed programme, being one of the prime programs of the college, has an approved intake of 100 seats, the D.El.Ed programme has 50 students. The total student enrolment of 803 indicates the number would be quite substantial in all these programs. This diversity in the choice of courses enables students to follow interests in education, arts, and social science at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 

Admission at Dr. Chandrama Singh Mahila Mahavidyalaya is course-based. For the B.Ed course, admissions are done solely on the basis of the Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Examination, followed by counselling; in case of any vacancy in seats, direct admissions can be done based on university instructions. For D.El.Ed, there is counselling at the state level as directed by the state government of Uttar Pradesh; for the remaining seats, direct admission is possible.
