It provides Shalakya Tantra, Samanya, Prasuti Tantra, and Stri Roga with MS degrees in the special streams. Most of these courses have a capacity of 4–8 seats. The highest intake of seats is for Rasa Shastra Bhaishajya Kalpana at 8 seats.
The institute also offers Ph.D. courses in Ayurveda Agadtantra, Shalya Tantra, Dravyaguna, Rog Nidan, Rasashastra, Stree Rog Prasutitantra, Samhita, and Panchkarma.
