Founded in 1987, Dr Ghali College is an affiliated college in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, located in Gadhinglaj. The institute is approved by the NAAC and offers different undergraduate and postgraduate courses to students. It boasts a campus measuring 2 acres and having a total student enrolment of 2,478, of which 902 are male students and 1,595 are female students. The college is affiliated with Shivaji University. A faculty of 125 supports the institution and offers 13 courses in 8 totally modified degree programmes, specialising in arts, commerce, and science disciplines.

Besides the M.Com in Accountancy, M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry and Microbiology, and M.Phil in English for postgraduate studies, the college also conducts MA programmes in Sociology, Economics, Hindi, and English. B.Com in Information Technology is another innovative course provided by the college to fulfil the fast-changing needs of the industry.
